Use it heal & prevent athletes foot.

Always make sure feet are clean before applying.
Apply to affected areas 3-4 times a day.

Massage into feet, ankles & lower legs 2-3 times a day.

With wake-up oils of Orange, Basil, Myrrh & Peppermint in a base of Wheatgerm & Sweet Almond.
Apply to feet once or twice a day preferably in the mornings to invigorate.
